why does it contain menthol in the mask, wouldn't that make it irritating?

No, it doesn't. The menthol is mainly to propel the active ingredients so quickly into the skin. It doesn't irritate the skin - but it's a mask for hydration and firming, not to reduce irritation for skin that has flared up :)

This company hired me to design some of their website pages, I did my job and they never pay me for my hours of work, around $1K they simply disappeared and decided to behave in such an unethical way. This people don’t care about their employees values, they just care about their money and to sell highly expensive products. If anyone knows where I can drop a public review about my personal experience with working with them, I will highly appreciate if you can let me know. They might do the same to other freelancers.
