My dispatcher was a piece of s*** . He told me to git . Im like come again . Well with a garbage pay and a crappy dispatch. Then told me to git . Im no dog . Well I dead head back to the terminl in P.a. well when I got in . I identified myself and proceeded into the dispatch room. Wanna call me a dog m.f. I never saw a grown man run before . Lol every dispatcher has balls when your 5hrs out . I was only 1 hour out . Then I told someone to come out with a inspection report when I received the truck so they know I didnt damaged the truck . Called my friends to come get me and bring me back to Connecticut . I have nothing good to say about NAPA as a company. Talking to people like they are animals . Then run when the driver comes to talk to his DM . 👋 NAPA . The worst company I ever worked for .

If you’re leaking from a bag, you can tell. Flat spots can happen and get bad over a couple of days, but the odds of always stopping on the flat spot are pretty big. But you said it. You got comfortable not doing a thorough pretrip. It’s our job to make sure that all is legal with us and the truck before we drive away. Nobody to blame but yourself my friend.

have a printer and laptop and ask the permit department to email the permit asap and print it and give the permit and license plate update to the officer. There is no reason that the bear would of left you with violation if you had a letter from permit department.

Landstar requires owner a DOT every 120 and 60 percent of the time we get pull over is because of the trailer but it's always the drivers fault.

What do you mean it wasn't his fault. He is the captain of his ship, it's his responsibility to drive that truck. You are exactly why landstar is failing as a company. I left in January after 5 years.

The first thing that I learned when I came to the USA back in 1983 was: "C Y A"!!!!! Look at everything carefully and don't sing anything till you are sure that is correct.

Well you may be able to get the permit violation reversed. Good chance the company renewed their state hazmat permit and just put the wrong printout in your book. Whenever I catch an expired permit I call for the current to be emailed to me and they always have it. Virtual is allowed, I’ve used it before. Since you didn’t have it ready for the officer the violation may stand, but get the current from Landstar and the date renewed. Call the number on the inspection paper and let them know the permit was current you just didn’t have the correct printout and you can show proof. I’ve gotten a violation removed once by calling so it doesn’t hurt trying. Good luck to you and if you’re not sure voice the issue!

reg reads either plate or paper,,, you didn't mention if there was a trailer registration paper for the trailer in a holder,, it is true you should have gone through you permits for the transportation of hazmat material ,, that usuals, coincide with the base plate ,, on the other side LandStar always notifies you of of a permit going out of date, it is your responsibility to have it in your permit book

The driver is 100% responsible for the condition of your load and equipment, period. You should of never moved that load an inch.

Hazmat loads do not pay enough . I stay away from them . Not worth it .
