I stumbled across this by accident and noticed it’s just a few doors down from my son’s place in Scottsdale. Most of the other homes on the street seem to be from the ’60s, but overall, the neighborhood is pretty clean. Knowing the neighborhood I would say this is a bit overpriced. 🙄

Wow, thank you!! I use Musicbed and Motion Array for music and try to find music that’s relevant and trendy. If you are just starting don’t worry about effects, work on your flow and story telling, once you master that then you can work on effects.

Thank you!! 🙏 Your critique is valid. The speed and pace are intentional, real estate content has evolved to this place of story telling in as short a time as possible. Our clients are asking for this type of video so right now that's what we're providing. We like to think of it more like a music video for the home than a full, detailed walk-through.

@@1takegabe Hello I must say great video and I do share the same sentiment about slowing it down in order to take it all in. There was another property of this type of magnitude and they did the same concept but got the same response. It is like a music video because the choice section was on point. However, after many requests they came back and did an actual detailed walk through of the same property and it was amazing. Perhaps you should speak with your clients on coming back with a follow up detailed walk-through tour. I found myself watching this video and stopping it multiple times just to take in each scene throughout the video. This would be a great walkthrough to talk about the design and construction aspects of the home, truly amazing, hope to hear back soon with that follow up, thank you

@@onemortymethank you for your response! I totally agree. We might consider an edit with a slower pace, but as far as the client, this is what they preferred, they also chose the music which we would of picked something slower. Appreciate your feedback!

Nope, most of paradise valley doesn’t have an HOA unless it’s one of the very few gated communities. The town however has certain restrictions such as no power lines, no street lights, and the only businesses allowed to operate in the area are high end resorts. You won’t even find a gas station in PV, you’d have to go to Scottsdale or Phoenix to fill up.

Some of these compounds are ridiculous. I've visited a few on Camelback mountain. I went to this place one time that seemed like it was a Roman Emperor's castle, it had this massive portico with Roman pillars, the gardens climbing up to the entrance were immaculate pads possibly attended to by professional gardeners 24/7. It was crazy wealthy. But yeah if you want to see these places try visiting the neighborhoods on Camelback Mountain. Palaces!
