I bought it over 2 years ago. I dont recall the cost. Like I say to all in the constuction industry, when they ask me how much something will cost. Its simple. Ask the one selling how much he wants. It realy does not matter what others think or say regarding price. At the end of the month, your bank account is as exact as it gets. For me it was worth it. Saved huge amounts of time. You should not cover the air inlet with your palm. This gun requires very low pressure to activate the trigger, so no need for pressing it down so hard.

Sounds, not so safe. I realy like the fact that that a nail can't be accidently missfired. In short, I don't know and would not recomend.

Great question! Cutting with a knife gives you a perfect mesurement. On corners, I usualy install my corner boards oversize (+/- 5cm). I then score and brake to size. If the board only overlaps a few cm. There is not enough board to grab and brake after scoring. Thats where the knife comes in. Thanks. Ill try get that in a future video. Best wishes.

Ya agred ...been hanging board for quite some time ....I cut my board 1/4 shorter than overall measurement....always need at least a slight gap for mud to get into anyway ..especially but joints ...read manufacturers instructions lol

Wow, this is the first time seeing and hearing about this SPIT 40P concrete and metal nail gun, I need one, but not sure when I will use it, but I think it is good to have.

Great tool, realy speeds up the work on larger projects. Metal to metal the alternative is screws or welding. Into concrete, its drilling,plug instalation and screws. All are possible, they just require alot more time.

Lovely vid. I'm a flooring fitter and sometimes the concrete is so hard we can't successfully nail gripper down. Do you think this would work without breaking the gripper rods, they are plywood about 7mm thick?

Hi Stan. I havent used it on gripper specificly. I have nailed some light plywood and even drywall to concrete while bonding it. I think it would work with a 22 mm nail. Thanks for reaching out. M. Jacobs

In my experience, the spits will instantly split carpet grippers. However I haven’t used a gas fired gun, only powder.

Great stuff !!! Did you know it has a motion sensor in the tool. "START GO" TECH so if you put the tool down after 60 secs it shuts down to save your battery life! Watch this space new drywall tool coming !!!!!
