LUSH is a huge brand and usually their customer service is wonderful. I wonder why this started happening??? I mean, why since the “shower” version of the box has this been happening I wonder. I hope they resolve this for you very soon ❤️😊~Kim

What a shame because there are people who are new subscribers who would like to try both boxes in a few months. On the contrary, the problem that other subscribers are having is that the December box has not reached many of us and when we communicate with customer service they give us the same message over and over again, it's really a nuisance

I just cancel every time I don't want a box. Maybe that's the easiest thing to do. Cancel the whole thing then resubscribe to the bath box. All my card details are stored, so it's just a matter of pressing a couple of buttons.

We are having the same issues over here in North America. I paused my February one and got an alert I was billed. Took me multiple requests to get a refund even though they acknowledged they are aware of an issue.

Hi, I’m a little confused! Do you let it burn right out, and remove the remaining wax or just leave intact? Also, do you have to cut the votive down? Is that to expose the wick and get rid of the metal base? If you take a tea light out of the metal base, would that work? Xx

I have a Habitat model, but it is definately a light sensor, not a heat sensor in that one (specifically a photodiode). I noticed that in the candle wax was a very thin clear flexible tube that ran alongside the wick. It is my assumption that this enabled a small amount of light from the flame to pass down to the photodiode sensor at the bottom in order to turn the LED lights on.

Where can we buy the heat sensors from to make our own candles?

Im wanting on my 'Cool Cat Mom,' polish to get to me. Hopefully sooner than later.

I didnt like the fiona shower gel i think its the cucumber in it it just smells weird i use soap and glory dry shampoo its really good xx

This is my absolute favorite Christmas lush item this year. I just love the smell (but i love neroli)❤ I wonder if lush has ever made this scent before????

I got 2 of this one and all the wicked stuff except for the sprays (they were too much for me) but all of it is in a Christmas bag so have not try anything yet. I wish we had a lom body lotion , that would be nice. I saw the film but I was really tired so was falling asleep a bit then it is only part one ... I hate when they do that, it was ok but over hyped. I am looking forward to use 1 as the gold look nice

The tiara soap is so beautiful. I've just got mine out to look at and smell. Unless it starts deteriorating it is an art piece. If I can get one to use on Boxing Day I will be happy.

Lush and they bath bobs.... oh! I don't like bath bombs... Also they price for they goods ... NOPE! Only product I loved very much from Lush was lip scrub, sweet, tasty good for my lips. That's it. I don't like they perfumes, cause those perfumes they give me headaches . I'm very sorry but sultana scent - did they mean raisins?! Smell of raisins?! Dried ones? Sorry that's the think what appeared in my head when I heard sultana scent! Smell of dried raisins! Compote! I'm very particular about my perfumes, I love Ghost , Deep Night , I love Anna Sue perfumes. They smell good, not all of them , - Secret Wish, Anna Sui Secret Wish EDT, Secret Wish Fairy Dance , those are my favorites. Affordable too. p.s new subscriber here, I like your content. I adore oaty creamy dreamy. I’m almost to the bottom of my tub. I use a silicone rubber brush and wash my body with it and it’s amazing! Actually makes my skin so soft! I bought one lip scrub and it dried out SO bad! Do all of their lip scrubs do that? I’ve went through so many bottles of super milk lol I’m tired of the scent lol

I got vanillary during summer and its my most used perfume. last really well which i was surprised about but Lush perfumes are very good

bonsoir, I really love that bath bomb , the matching perfume is gorgeous too. I bot cinders too but went with yuzu and cocoa, I was really torn between yuzu and the old song but yuzu won. I am a bit envious about your shower gel I don't buy the subs so I never get those special ones, I am so please that the cherry pop is out to buy for valentine x

Thanks for swatching. I picked up Birthday Brat, Tanzanite, Alexandrite and Aquamarine in the restock. I liked Ruby and Ride or Diamond but i have Favourite Sister and Rainbow Snow already and they look similar. Luckily they seem to still be in stock!

Feeling a bit overwhelmed by my LUSH at the moment. I need a break to use it up. The little bottles are good to just try new scents though. I bought roasting chestnuts from ebay and didn't like it at all. When you put it all in one place it can look daunting, and a fair bit of my fridge is also being taken over plus face masks in the freezer. Yikes!
