My pro xp is 1200miles all fully stock and I blown up my primary yesterday it was scary loud, I thought that it was belt, but no whole side is torn apart😢

@SXS Shuster loosen the 4 t40s shut it hard then tighten them back up should get the double latch feature to work! Those doors always are a pain! @ProArmor they make great pro xp doors!!

Look for the drill holes at the weights, not at the weights. Balanced holes.

I have the same buggy. The doors are a noisy mess. I found the head of the striker bolt hits the latch you can grind the head a bit or like I did I bent the striker inward atiny bit and it catches the second click now very easy.

Did you get a good amount of miles on it since then?

I have a 21 xp turbo, at 425 miles the transmission blew up and the clutch cracked. The clutch didn't blow up but it failed. The shop I took it to really did me solid and wrote a huge letter and took pictures etc....I didn't purchase an extended warranty and it was literally 8 months past the date I purchased it. Polaris actually agreed to send a new transmission and is covering that out of good faith. The clutch however, they don't have an answer for yet. It's been in the shop for about a month and a half. I'm thinking I'm just going to bite the bullet and replace the primary and secondary clutch assemblies and trade it in for a can am cuz this is bullshit. Haven't been able to ride the damn thing but 3,4 days.

I hate how the belts hang out the bottom when riding kinda sucks I had to purchase another part in the door to cover it $409 …

I bought a four seat XP 1000 back in 2018, I purchased Shock Therapy springs for it, we took the shocks off and use that cheap $35 spring compressor. I tell you it was a nightmare, took us hours to do them. Never again. I purchased a quality spring compressor the same one that Shock Therapy uses. What a difference makes it super easy. I just bought a pro XP ultimate, most likely will purchase Shock Therapy springs for it too.

I bought the 2021 pro xp premium. Love the machine. I have had it 4 weeks and my son rolled at Moses lake dunes in Washington state. $3000 later and $8000 in extra's I have her almost the way I want her. I have shock therapy springs on the way because I do have some sag. Anyway definitely love the pro xp. Thanks for sharing.

Out west we blow belts by riding in the sand dunes with big 32 inch paddles.already more stress in the sand but add big paddles and you'll blow belts more often.
