Hi. Ms. Mnyengeza. I have been watching a lot of your videos, I must say, you are usually bang on the money. I am in a Billion Rand Consortium which is similarly to the issues you raised above. I agree fully with you. Some of our contracts took 2 years to perfect, as they needed a power balancing approach. Having said that, they are like a marriage, you work on them daily. My advice though, most issues must be addressed during the buildup phase. It becomes very difficult to amend contracts which were poorly constructed. If you happen to be a Black Partner entering a partnership with a White Partner, they generally come with capital and skill (most cases). Make sure you get expert legal and financial service providers. Ideally, each partner must have their own representative. It takes a good 3 years to work through things. Contracting with third parties - any services above a certain amount, partners might sign off on adopting service providers. I enjoy your work, please keep at it. It's so fresh and covers all life areas.
