Hello. There was a series of performance concerns seen in AppDynamics (spikes in response time). We identified where in the processing path the spikes occurred and which business transaction was affected. We then understood through AppDynamics that it was not the application, but something external. That's why we leveraged ThousandEyes to understand there is an issue with the 3rd party payment processing firm's routing table…the path our app takes to get through their ISP.

No proper documentation & community support .I am struggling to install cluster agent in my EKS cluster for POC . it is not working as simple ,how you explained in this video . It did not detect Pod & container metrics .
