Look into lithium orotate. At low doses, lithium helps a lot of processes, especially in the brain. Why would fish tank cleaner have heavy metals? It's not like they use it to make the methylene blue..

I was particularly drawn to this episode, seeing that the guest is a cognitive scientist (a field I'm really interested in) Among the things I learned, one that stood out was the point that: "We have to hold ourselves accountable for the details of the things that we learn about from people and not just have the illusion of explanatory depth (thinking we understand more than we actually do)." Looking forward to listening to more of his talks & reading his research works. Thanks for having him!

Wow! I’ve been binge listening to Morley for this last month and learning so much. My ferritin has always been low 15-28, currently 18. I’ve declined iron supps/transfusions because it has never felt right to me. I’m still learning and want to be sure my copper levels are ok. How should we accurately test for copper levels?

To the one who got MB on your chair, you can neutralize the color of methylene blue with vitamin c powder. You can also use it to make your own MB cream. By experimenting with it, I use a tsp of MB liquid with 2-4 tspns of vit c powder, and some lotion. I still get stained a little blue, even when the cream looks white.

What a fascinating conversation - engaging and thoughtful without in any way 'dumbing down' the subject matter. Watching as an Englishman living in Europe, it's a relief to see that reasoned discussion is still alive and well in the United States despite the daily political 'news' we see here of the American presidential race. 😉 Corey's insights and overall message are reassuring and inspiring in equal measure, showing people how real progress can be made in overcoming one's emotional difficulties through living more intentionally and committing to inner work to restore one's sense of wellbeing. I also commend John for his comment on learning to look beyond extrinsic distractions and how he became able to shift his focus to more personal goals. That's no mean feat in today's relentlessly competitive professional and consumerist world. This is the kind of authentic and profoundly honest insight that is unfortunately so rare on these kind of channels. You've won a new subscriber!

Yes, hemolytic anemia can be a side effect of using methylene blue, particularly in individuals with a deficiency in the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). This enzyme is crucial for protecting red blood cells from oxidative damage. Methylene blue can induce oxidative stress in red blood cells, leading to hemolysis (breakdown of red

Regardless of the title of this video, there seems to be a paucity (big shortage) of "How" (to) information, telling the listeners how they can do that. In other words, what are some specific things (actionable steps) that we can do to reclaim our health and vitality?

@@JohnRMiles I'm very glad you replied with such a helpful, and gracious, comment. It inspired me to take another listen to the video and pay closer attention, checking myself to see if my initial impression was correct. I am realizing now that it was *not* correct! First part of the video frustrated me. However, starting at 47:32 in this video, and continuing until approx. 1:01:00, I found some highly practical steps were given by Mr. Robbins, especially for those interested in different ways for getting optimum types and amounts of 1) magnesium and 2) healthy, bio-available, and nutritional copper into their body. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my initial comment. (Which was not reflective of an accurate perspective, I now realize.) Good work, from both you and Morley Robbins. Generous of you to share this conversation with a wider audience. Thanks again.
