Ain’t nothing wrong with the cheap brushes. They’ve served me well and even when you upgrade they’re handy to keep around for running primers and varnishes through to keep your nicer brushes in tip top shape

First time I saw one on my way to GNR I remember just going ‘what…. the…’ and looking to run. Fallout 3, for all its quirks - one of my fave games of all time.

Ik this video is a few years old, but wanted to say your short and succinct guides on the game have been really helpful. I'm considering getting into this game but wanted a simple explanation of the unique rules of the game to see if they interest me, and your videos gave me that so thanks so much!

I bought this one. But i had a problem after i did my first coat i guess it got clogged...but now instead of blowing paint its just got paint dripping out of the end of it, i think its coming from the water sealer thing i think its loose.

I had this airbrush- it works fine for a while but it broke when I tried to change the nozzle- each time I changed a nozzle the threads snapped off *in* the airbrush (you can get it out with a craft knife) I’ve bought some replacement nozzles- but basically if you’re going to use it- avoid changing nozzles as much as possible

I got one at harbor freight for 100 bucks, with gun and compressor. I'm not expert but it seems to work alright for what I use it for.

I recently bought this airbrush with the compressor and it was a bit hard to use at first with clogging, blotching etc. BUT then when I did a bit more research into how to use airbrushes correctly, it worked absolutely brilliantly! Just make sure you're using a good amount of airbrush thinner, not pressing the release straight to the widest setting (always start by pulling through the air and then pulling the release back from the smallest point to avoid clogs and blotches). I'd watch a bunch of videos about how to use them correctly before jumping straight in! I've used it for loads of warhammer and it gives the exact effect i was looking for!

Absolutely, just get yourself a bottle of primer for an airbrush. I use it sometimes for priming

This is more than enough for priming, i personally use a really really cheap single action airbrush for priming and anything messy, it serves that purpose fine, but the one he's showing in the vid would be capable of a lot more than just priming. With cheap brushes its a bit of a lottery whether you get a good one or not, whether the needles are perfect or not etc. I got really lucky with the other cheapish one I bought, its been fantastic. I would recommend polishing your needles with cheaper brushes though, as that seems to be one of the snags of a cheap brush with potentiallly poor quality control, but as long as the needles are straight, polishing them up can have a dramatic positive effect.

Great video, thank you for making it. I always use defect, oversights and mistakes trying to use it into a positive. When 3D printing terrain, droops can be vines and overgrowth or even use it as better support for heavier foliage.

thank for your video! this seem like a good way to start with the game but seem to be out of stock in most places, even in the modiphius store (hope they make a remake or a new one) I saw there is a new starter pack called: Fallout: Factions - 'Battle For Nuka-World' Starter Set; seem great since brings cardboard terrain but the factions dont really call my attention.
