Most of my anxiety is surrounding people being in my house or sneaking onto my property, so fall and winter are the HEALTHIEST times for me because will all the snow it’d be easy to see footprints 😂 I can convince myself that if someone was dumb enough to try and break into my house with snow on the ground, they’re too dumb to get away with it 😂
