Appreciate the question, for chicken, I always ensure fully cooked, so I do 1.5 hours and check to ensure no pink. Around 200C/390F would do. Easy & Yum.

Appreciate your questions. Iron pan may impact on temp., I used iron pan, roasted in oven at 400F/200C for 45 min., and then leave the squashes in the pan for about 15 min., taste and color turned really good. For butter, I used about 1 teaspoon in total, for avocado oil, salt and pepper just sprinkled over, not much at all, we can always adjust at the end for taste. Honey I put about 2 teaspoons. Hope you like this recipe. ❤️
