Oh no! Sorry to hear that you have reactions too and thanks for sharing your experience. For me, I stopped using these fragrances for half a year to give my body a break and re tried again on other parts of my body with thicker skin like upper arm facing outside and upper chest which seemed fine now…with the miss Dior EDP and the Chanel Coco mademoiselle on those areas. However, I have also now changed to only applying perfumes on those thicker skin areas just in case so I can enjoy the perfumes without reactions…. I am yet to retry the Ja dore one… ye definitely give your immune system a break on the Miss Dior Parfum first…repeat applications will probably only sensitize it even more and make the reactions worse for now …. Hope it gets better after a long break!

I didn’t get a birthday gift with Dior back then but I wasn’t in gold tier either back then and have not received any birthday gift from Dior at that point in time. Thanks for watching and commenting ☺️

Yes but my birthday month is June :) so back in June I was not in gold tier so no birthday gift. If you were referring to gold tier welcome gift then yes I got the welcome gift but it was not a birthday gift.

Don't be too harsh on yourself, we all have our FOMO weak moments - myself included. Having awareness and insight is the first step in managing it so we are not always in FOMO state lol

Hi @patriciaKLM the leather is treated but still as with any leather it is best to avoid getting it too wet. Just dry it as soon as possible with a cloth or tissue by dabbing it dry is best. I haven’t gotten this bag wet but I did get my Celine book cover drenched once when my water bottle leaked inside my bag and the notebook inside was soggy from the water. I only realised after at least a few hours when I got home… I dabbed it dry both the canvas and leather and let it air dry… it looked good as new again but wouldn’t recommend deliberately putting the leather through water test. However it is relatively durable, I would worry about wetting the stitching and also the edge of leather around the buckles of strap that are not glazed though if they got wet.

There are variable quality for things made in China - it can be very well made or very poor quality control… it’s prob same everywhere and reflect workers pay rate and wellbeing probably. These freebies are much better in quality than the circular pouch one featured in another video in my case. But yes it would be nice to be surprised by freebie made in France or UK (where the brand started or now currently registered) just once in a while 😉

However, let's not kid ourselves here, the 'freebies' are all included in the premium price that we do pay to the brand. Whilst I am thankful to my SA for the kindness and excellent customer service, I don't think I need to be thankful to the brand - as it's all part of the marketing strategy. I do feel fortunate that I am in position to be able to afford buying beauty from Chanel.... not sure how much longer though if they keep increasing the prices.

You are right. It’s not very transparent and I guess that’s their current strategy… keep the mystery and clients anticipating so keep buying just in case 🤪 although for me I think the transparent strategy hooks me more as it gives me the “game stage clearing” mentality which I am a sucker for…. Dior got me hooked currently to complete the program till the end although once I am there I might just lose interest whereas Chanel strategy may string me longer as long as they maintain their quality

I prefer Dior loyalty program which we can check our points and tier status and also the expiry date
