So you can’t find them in the oceans anymore with the new update you can only find them in lush caves complete dark and under certain coordinates

the warm oceans are good because of how easily you can get hundreds of tropical fish to feed the axolotls and breed. it’d be tiring to take back buckets and buckets of tropical fish all the way back down to a lush cave, so moving them to a warm ocean, even after the update, is a good idea

This is more helpful then you could ever know lol, me and my friends both have huge tanks where we have tons of axolotl’s. The nearest reef is like 6000+ blocks away as well so now I’m gonna start breeding them at the reef biome so I can get mire fish faster. Great video btw. Have a nice day☺️
