For the people who want Trump to finish the job of destroying the country, consider some of the things he did in office to bring us to the boiling point of climate change destruction: Greenhouse gases are part of Earth's atmosphere. Part of what makes Earth so amenable is its natural greenhouse effect, which maintains an average temperature of 15 °C (59 °F). However, in the last century, human activities, primarily from burning fossil fuels that have led to the release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, have disrupted Earth's energy balance. This has led to an increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and ocean. The level of carbon dioxide in Earth’s atmosphere has been rising consistently for decades and traps extra heat near Earth's surface, causing temperatures to rise. All told, the Trump administration’s deregulatory actions were estimated to significantly increase greenhouse gas emissions over the next decade and lead to thousands of extra deaths from extreme weather each year. Here are just some, not all, of the actions Trump took while in office to bring us to the brink of destruction. Please consider this when voting - do your own research and reflect on your conscience: 1. Weakened Obama-era fuel economy and greenhouse gas standards for passenger cars and light trucks. 2. Revoked California’s ability to set stricter tailpipe emissions standards than the federal government. 3. Withdrew the legal justification for an Obama-era rule that limited mercury emissions from coal power plants. 4. Formally withdrew the United States from the Paris climate agreement, an international plan to avert catastrophic climate change adopted by nearly 200 counties. 5. Changed the way cost-benefit analyses are conducted under the Clean Air Act, potentially making it harder to issue new public health and climate protections. 6. Canceled a requirement for oil and gas companies to report methane emissions. 7. Revised and partially repealed an Obama-era rule limiting methane emissions on public lands. 8. Eliminated Obama-era methane emissions standards for oil and gas facilities and narrowed standards limiting the release of other polluting chemicals known as “volatile organic compounds” to only certain facilities. 9. Withdrew a Clinton-era rule designed to limit toxic emissions from major industrial polluters, and later proposed codifying the looser standards. 10. Revised a program designed to safeguard communities from increases in pollution from new power plants to make it easier for facilities to avoid emissions regulations. 11. Amended rules that govern how refineries monitor pollution in surrounding communities. 12. Overturned Obama-era guidance meant to reduce emissions during power plant start-ups, shutdowns and malfunctions. 13. Weakened an Obama-era rule meant to reduce air pollution in national parks and wilderness areas. 14. Weakened oversight of some state plans for reducing air pollution in national parks. 15. Established a minimum pollution threshold at which the E.P.A. can regulate greenhouse gas emissions from stationary sources: 3 percent of total U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. (Power plants meet this threshold, but oil and gas production facilities fall just below it.) 16. Relaxed air pollution regulations for a handful of plants that burn waste coal for electricity. 17. Repealed rules meant to reduce leaking and venting of powerful greenhouse gases known as hydrofluorocarbons from large refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 18. Directed agencies to stop using an Obama-era calculation of the social cost of carbon, which rulemakers used to estimate the long-term economic benefits of reducing carbon dioxide emissions. 19. Released new guidance that allows upwind states to contribute more ozone pollution to downwind states than during the Obama-era. 20. Withdrew guidance directing federal agencies to include greenhouse gas emissions in environmental reviews. But several district courts have ruled that emissions must be included in such reviews. 21. Revoked an Obama executive order that set a goal of cutting the federal government’s greenhouse gas emissions by 40 percent over 10 years. 22. Repealed a requirement that state and regional authorities track tailpipe emissions from vehicles on federal highways. 23. Lifted a summertime ban on the use of E15, a gasoline blend made of 15 percent ethanol. (Burning gasoline with a higher concentration of ethanol in hot conditions increases smog.) 24. Changed rules to allow states and the E.P.A. to take longer to develop and approve plans aimed at cutting methane emissions from existing landfills. 25. Withdrew a proposed rule aimed at reducing pollutants, including air pollution, at sewage treatment plants. 26. Threw out most of a proposed policy that would have tightened pollution standards for offshore oil and gas operations and required them to use improved pollution controls. 27. Finalized a plan to allow oil and gas development in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska, a move that overturns six decades of protections for the largest remaining stretch of wilderness in the United States. The Trump administration held last-minute lease sales in December, but failed to attract major interest from fossil fuel companies. 28. Opened more than 18 million acres of land for drilling in the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska, a vast swath of public land on the Arctic Ocean. The Obama administration had designated about half of the reserve as a conservation area. 29. Moved the permitting process for certain projects that cross international borders, such as oil pipelines, to the office of the president from the State Department, exempting them from environmental review. 30. Changed how the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission considers the indirect effects of greenhouse gas emissions in environmental reviews of pipelines. 31. Revoked an Obama-era executive order designed to preserve ocean, coastal and Great Lakes waters in favor of a policy focused on energy production and economic growth. 32. Loosened offshore drilling safety regulations implemented by the Obama after following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill, including reduced testing requirements for blowout prevention systems. 33. Proposed opening most of America’s coastal waters to offshore oil and gas drilling, but delayed the plan after a federal judge in 2019 ruled that reversing a ban on drilling in the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans was unlawful. Ahead of the 2020 election, Mr. Trump announced he would exempt from drilling coastal areas around Florida, a crucial battleground state, Georgia and South Carolina. 34. Proposed easing safety regulations for exploratory offshore oil and gas drilling in the Arctic that were developed after a 2013 accident. 35. Proposed easing the approval process for oil and gas drilling in national forests by curbing the power of the Forest Service to review and approve leases, among other changes. 36. Withdrew an Obama-era order to consider climate change in the management of natural resources in national parks. 37. Withdrew a number of Obama-era Interior Department climate change and conservation policies that the agency said could “burden the development or utilization of domestically produced energy resources.” 38. Eliminated the use of an Obama-era planning system designed to minimize harm from oil and gas activity on sensitive landscapes, such as national parks. 39. Scaled back pollution protections for certain tributaries and wetlands that were regulated under the Clean Water Act by the Obama administration 40. Doubled the time allowed for utilities to remove lead pipes from water systems with high levels of lead. 41. Changed safety rules to allow for rail transport of highly flammable liquefied natural gas. 42. Rolled back most of the requirements of a 2017 rule aimed at improving safety at sites that use hazardous chemicals that was instituted after a chemical plant exploded in Texas.

for those of you who don't know what the traffic rules are. please try not to spread false information. preferably not to loved ones. because if there is an accident because they listened to false information about what to do at a traffic light, how would you accept the message that a friend collided at an intersection by not trying to brake before the light turns red.

The camera car is the only vehicle here police would not pull over. Anyone who knows how to drive knows this. Yellow means slow down, and you need to be entering or insidethe intersection as it changes to red for it to not be running a red light. The other 4 drivers punched the gas, instead of slowing down. People like that should lose their license for the same duration as a dui offender. At least 3 to 6 months suspension and a requirement to retake the driving portion of the test again to keep your license. Speed is the biggest problem with vehicular accidents.

this is from the queensland government and the rules are probably the same throughout the usa. When you see the yellow light, you should stop, if you can do so safely. If you can't stop, proceed with caution, looking out for other vehicles that may enter the intersection. A red light means you must come to a complete stop until the light turns green again. what was the speed limit, some people thought they drove a little fast through the intersection. and if you make mistakes but claim that what you are doing is right, others will believe you and make the same mistakes with the risk of accidents.

The very last vehicles, white car and blue SUV went thru long after the light turned red , the blue SUV went by like 7 seconds after turning Red wtf 😂😂 this is why you always look both ways when you get a green light, I've had this happen to me , my light turns green and before I hit the gas quickly check both ways and to my left was a truck at the front of the line, then a small car comes up behind him switches into the turn only lane and proceeded to blow straight through the red light and go straight.. if I didn't look both ways before going I most definitely would've been T-Boned and probably injured 😅

That’s not true at all. You literally learn in first grade that yellow lights mean slow down and prepare to stop. Anyone you’re a “threat” to is dangerous, going that fast at a yellow light is reckless.
@sg56
@sg56 4 ай бұрын
@@firemonkey1015 A yellow traffic light means to be cautious and stop if it's safe to do so. A yellow light indicates that the light is about to turn red. If you can't stop safely, you should proceed with caution and look out for other vehicles. You should also be aware of pedestrians and cyclists. This is a situation of stopping prematurely and creating a dangerous situation for all.
@Kipp78954
@Kipp78954 4 ай бұрын
In this situation, coming to a complete stop during yellow was possible. So, actually, the other people ran a red light. You didn't pay attention when you started driving, did you? You need to pretty much be in the intersection for it to not be running a red light ...
