LOL what a bullshit video. there is no space for preferences in terms of rebound, the rebound have to be adjust correctly suitable for the air pressure, and only that. To say going with a rebound that slow or that fast how you show is just Bullshit please get a learning session in suspension tech

How often or when should you do this?

Do you have any K2 2005 Myste bike pivot bolts? I need 2 for the suspension.

Saddle pivot bolts also, mine are loose and my seat was moving forward and backward when I sat on it so I had to stand the whole way home 😂

What about jumps? Would’t you want to slow the rebound down so that you don’t get bucked off the bike after compression?

I have that bike and have slight play and knocking from doing the same motion. On inspection sounds and looks like it’s coming from the pivot next to bottom bracket. Re greased and tightened bolt but play is still there. Any help appreciated! 👍

Help! I have a suspension pivot that I'm trying to take out so I can service and replace but I can't take this one apart. I'm dealing with a lock nut type of pivot. I can take out the bolt just fine but the 2 parts of the pivot that slide into one another won't separate. I've tried lubricant, I've tried degreaser, I tried getting the bolt back in the thread but above the the pivot's side so I can move by smacking with a rubber mallet. It won't budge. Are you familiar with type of pivot?

Do i need to put threadlock on those pivot bolts? My frame is carbon fyi
