I totally get what you're saying. It used to be difficult with how I edited videos, and then this became my ''style'' and I got used to it. I do often notice things I missed while editing (and I sometimes call myself out on it, but I think it might be time for a change.

What I do for sleep is I play blues clues on my phone (don't judge me) I like the music in it, if that doesn't work I turn to a random Disney movie most likely Moana, frozen, or secret of the wings, if that doesn't work I turn to sleep hypnosis that shit can knock me out within 10 minutes or less, but if that somehow doesn't work I take a melatonin gummy then go back to blues clues and then sleep like a stone
