I am an insurance advisor and I use Bigin to manage my client's data. I receive numerous emails from the insurance company regarding different clients. I can identify which client each email belongs to, and I want the flexibility to manually attach these emails to the correct client contact in Bigin. Currently, the emails from the insurance company seem to automatically attach to the company's contact instead of allowing me to assign them to the appropriate client. I want to manage this process manually so that I can correctly attach each email to the respective client's contact record. Is there a way to customize this in Bigin? Please advise on how I can manually manage and attach emails to different client contacts. Thank you!

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, associating your mail with contact isn't doable within Bigin. You'll be able to view contact mails from IMAP in contact Email RL. Also, do confirm if you're referring to linking and unlinking of mail feature, because this is available only in the Pipeline module. Can both Bigin and Zoho CRM integrate with Projects (and other Zoho apps so that if I am working in office I can use Zoho CRM but when I am on the go use Bigin? Will they automatically reflect work done in one app (CRM or Begin) and update the other app and will they update Projects or another integrated app and have the work reflected in CRM and Bigin?

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. Hope you find the below solution helpful! Bigin's integration with Zoho CRM involves syncing the following modules: 1. Contacts 2. Companies 3. Pipeline Records 4. Products 5. Activities (Tasks, Events, Calls) 6. Notes Any changes made to records in these modules, if configured, will be synced across both services based on the field mapping configuration. On the other hand, Projects integration allows for the creation and association of projects with Bigin modules like Pipeline Records, Contacts, and Accounts. Any changes made to a project from Bigin such as project details and its tasks, phases & issue will be reflected in ZohoCRM, even if Bigin and ZohoCRM are not integrated. For other Zoho integrations, it varies depending on the specific integration. However, please note that the Bigin Mobile App currently does not support Projects (Creation/Updation/Association through Projects Integration). For the rest of the modules included in the Bigin and ZohoCRM integration, any changes made through the mobile app will still be reflected in the other service as well.

We are using Bigin whatsapp extensively but needs whatsapp flow and chatbot support in it we are waiting for it and if WhatsApp enable in Bigin workflow and automation than it will so helpful for us.

There are some fields that do not work, because of different modules? A simple operation for example, to calculate the commission on a sale. The fields of the associated product (product/price/quantity/discount/total) cannot be selected, so what should I do? If I want to do {price}*{quantity}/{commission rate}, how do I do it?

Hey there, Mike! You can use DateBetween function to find the number of days between two dates. The syntax is DateBetween(datetime,datetime,string), where two dates are given separated by comma and the string value can be years, months, weeks, days, hours, or minutes. Hey, I need a solution to manage repetetive costumers, the task is to track the sales process with the costumer(which I am sure is something bigin can help me with) and once his order is fullfilled, the costumer gets saved to potential customers and after a certain period of time (which I can determine) be put into the pipeline from the first step automatically. Let's take grocery stores as an example.

Hey there! You should import the modules in the following order- companies, contacts, products, pipelines, notes and tasks. Purely because a pipeline record is always created in association with a company or contact module. Hello! I have a very basic but possibly complicated question. I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

Set up the Bigin account using your email, customize everything for your customer, and then add them as a super admin. They can remove you from the account afterward. 2. Have the customer sign up directly on Bigin and then add you as a user with permission to customize. Hi, if Bigin handles my company domain emails, how does Bigin deal with emails that are not related to clients for example I have an admin@ email account for other things that are not related to any pipeline, they are usually of general business admin nature. Do you still access emails via gmail too? to see the inbox? or only get all emails from the Bigin interface? Thank you.

Glad I found this. The Bigin help docs tell you how to do it, but they don't actually tell you how to access it. I couldn't find it anywhere. Now I know to go to settings.

Hey, @SOT-we7ey , Stage Automation was introduced to create workflows in Kanban view in Team Pipeline. However, creating duplicate rules in Stage Automation is restricted for now.
