In 2013 I had two 2cm kidney stones removed from my left kidney. They were incredibly painful, and the pain after the surgery was the worst pain in my life. I think they had to use a laser to break up my kidney stones because they were too big for what she was talking about, the smashing procedure. It think they use sound waves to break the kidney stones with the smashing method. Calcium can cause kidney stones and I think caffeine may also be a cause for kidney stones as well.

There are actually different species of Bananas and other edible plants we would classify as being like a Banana even if not called by that name, like Plantains. The Bananas most commonly eaten in the US is more so one specific species of Banana and happens to be the one most widely cultivated for industrial farming… which has caused its own form of problems over the years… Another interesting fact, while the “American” Banana isn’t really grown in any significant numbers in the US, there is a fruit called the Paw Paw or “Southern Banana” grown throughout the American south.

Just drink a shitload of water. No special diets, just water is enough to avoid kidney/gall stones. The recommendation is half your weight (lbs) in ounces daily.
