Nice model - it's a pity the sound drops out so often. Probably because Märklin didn't put a capacitor / keepalive in the model.

Ihr habt die Lok mit dem Kesselwagenzug auf der Anlage supergut in Szene gesetzt. Die Lok wirkt mit ihrem Kesselwagenzug, gerade weil sie mit realistischer, nicht überhöhter Geschwindigkeit unterwegs ist, überaus authentisch. Kompliment für diese gelungene "Inszenierung".

Mahlzeit Das ist eine wunderschöne Dampflok die leider mit einem Konstruktionsfehler behaftet ist. Die Zuggabel zwischen lok und Tender ist zu hoch angesetzt. Wenn ein authentisch langer Zug (60 Achsen oder mehr) passiert folgendes. Durch die Last wird die Vorlaufachse und die erste Kuppelachse entlastet und der ganze Rummel neigt auf Weichen zu entgleisen. Das war nicht nur bei mir so sondern auch bei den Modellen meiner Vereinskollegen. Nach langem Überlegen sind wir auf folgende Lösung des Problems gekommenZuerst muß die Frontkupplung entnommen werden um der Vorlaufachse mehr Spielraum zu geben. Danach den Kessel abnehmen. Den Leerraum über der Vorlaufachse mit Bleigewichten auffüllen. Achtung Die Kabelanschlüsse am Decoder vorsichtig mit Isolierband abdecken um den Kontakt zu den Gewichten vermeiden,ist alles sehr knapp bemessen aber geht. Alles zusammen schrauben und fertig. Und dann Überraschung Die 58er hat ein deutlich besseres Fahrverhalten bekommen, liegt satt auf den Gleisen,taumelt nicht mehr und zieht deutlich mehr und besser. Eine 120 vor D und Personenzügen waren die Absolute Ausnahme und nich die Regel. Da die Lok keine Zugheizug hatten, waren es reine Güterzugloks.

There are the holes. The drains are not in the accessories but a car has it installed. I don't know if they were lost rolling in the layout.

In theweb....The carriages, at least those in flag livery for which the 1/120 scale drawings on pages 150 and 151 of Voltan's book are visible, are correct like this: the exhausts are not visible as they are covered by the carriages. If they had been added on the 87 times smaller model they would have interfered with the movement of the carriages in the tightest bending radii. The only exception, where it is correctly positioned, is the AH on the disabled side, where the exhaust was visible in real life and therefore correctly reproduced on the model. This testifies to the quality of the group that designed the reproduction. When I had the ACME models, I simply detached them, as they were mistakenly positioned too far out
