The accent the youths on this film have is from South East England, the "th" sound is not pronounced with their accent, but it is pronounced with every other British accent. Where I live it is only children that might pronounce "th" as "f" if they are learning to speak (!) but no one else would. Only Londoners and others from SE England say "firty free"!
