Are there not any educated archaelogists? This structure is a melted down remnant of a building structure that existed before.Later on,artists have sculpted carvings. It is not as you claim a one piece carving.Please use your imagination.

@@Sandy-rv9tv Even today,our RCC structures are one piece and continuous.There is no need to search for the rock removed,because it was never there in the first place. The civilisation that did this was advanced,but not stupid. Nobody carves underground cities.They are like that because they once existed above ground,and are buried now. What does so called history say? A group of wandering monks see a huge mountain,and since they are in need of shelter, decide to carve out some caves instead of building huts and houses. There was probably an advanced civilisation before that got destroyed,and as always,some structures remained.
