I once worked in a music store where we had a drawer full of old and odd guitar picks. There was a big thick felt pick among them, and I asked my boss what it was for. He said it was an old mando bass pick.

If you're referencing Buster B's guitar , it's a Godin grand concert S.A. (full classical scale length/width + 13 pin output for use with guitar synthesizers). Its been customized with inlay also.
