I have started to make cheese and yogurt from raw ewe's milk. I am retired and living in Brazil now, so as a hobby I am making cheese. My friends here are very happy with the taste, quality and texture of my sheep milk products. Is there a site which specializes in recipes for sheep milk cheeses, besides Pecorino, Manchego? Trying to widen my horizons!

Europa is a staple in our kitchen being Northern CT residents. It's in my top two cheeses in CT with the Womchego from Cato Corner Farm. Congrats!
