Hi Jared, thanks for the video, what would you recommend to keep a 55"" TV HD (not 4K) and playstation 5 running for at least 2 hours but ideally 4 hours. Would this unit be suitable or would you recommend something else?

Hi there unfortunately both devices will pull too much Watts per hour for the Volta 700X it won't even last 1 hour with both in use. I do have a larger UPS I sell outright. Please feel free to send me a Whatsapp on 0719903495 and I'll send you more info..

Hi the power supply makes a huge amount of noise, almost like a loud fan . Is this usual

Hi there it will make a noise only when charging (but I don't find it too loud..) and then the fan kicks in every hour or so and it goes allot louder..

@@conradpaul6100 hi Paul. No. The charger fan continues even once its fully charged. So i have to unplug everthing each time i use it. I have a small place so it keeps ys awake . The item works well but wont recommend if you live in a small place. Its really noisy. I dont think a cover will make much difference

@@popeone01ok ,I'm gonna use it without charger and then when I'm gone to work I will let it charge so no disturb but I understand if you in confined space as the sound is quiet annoying but we will deal with it for the convenience

Hi, I would like to know more about eco mode. When should is be used and when should it be disabled? Mine has been on eco mode since I got it. Not sure if I should disable it?

Hi there my understanding is that the device goes on sleep but I am now told by some clients this is not the case perhaps there is new software etc..

So just to clarify, the ups should not be plugged into the charging cable 24/7?

It can be plugged in all the time no issue but what I suggest is to turn or the UPS once fully charged and and you can also turn off the power button at night when not in use as this will extend the battery life and use less electricity..

Hi there it's takes about 3 hours + to charge without busy powering up any devices. There is a display showing you the percentage of the charge E.g 80% or 100% etc..

Hi there yes it has a Wan port and can be also be used on a Fibre network.

Hi how come we have 4 different network names ,on the end of your video on the wlan settings ,i created a new name and network ,im confused its like theres 2 networks for 2.4GHZ and 2 networks for 5GHZ ,and i dont know how to change Admin when you first log in using the wifi key underneath the router itself ,sorry im not IT confident

Hi Lo unfortunately you have to follow the quick set up process.. Once that is done you can change password etc.. Under the settings menu..

Hi there on the back of the Wifi router next to the power button is a reset button hold it in with a sharp pen or paperclip and it will reset the router back to factory settings and then follow the steps as mentioned in my video..

Does the B525 support WPS? I see there is a button, but there is no indicator light to say the button has been pressed succesfully, nor the the other device detect it.

Hi Shingwedzi it's a pleasure, try the following whilst connected to the router via a laptop or phone this may Help - Website URL-192.168.8.1 Press enter Select settings Enter username ( if this was never done previously then it will be admin) Enter password ( if this was never done previously then it will be admin) Select Dial up Select network settings Under first drop down “Network” select 1800MHZ (4G only) then do a speed test . Or try 2300MHZ (4G only) then do a speed test www.speedtest.net/ Once you have selected the best speed according to the right frequency select apply.

May I seek you help for my B525s-65a which the menu does not have VoLTE menu Q1: Where do you buy yours from that have the VoLTE menu Q2: May I know yours is B525s-25a or B525s-65a ? Q3: Can help to take a screen shot of the VoLTE submenu for me to see what parameters that we need to fill in under VoLTE menu Q4: Can help to take a screen shot of the "Device Information" submemu within the "System" menu to see "Hardware Version", "Software Version" and "Web UI Version"? For I am trying to download the right firmware version to my router to play with the VoLTE function and made my VoLTE Sim Card work with this router. Thanks.
