This kid is going to great man dude can score in a lot of different ways is constantly moving off ball and has work ethic from what it looks like he's cool and collective and is mature i hope he somehow gets playing time if he's on the roster especially when the knicks are up double digits in the 4q

He seems very mature for his age. I hope the culture & leadership in this Knicks' squad (mainly Brunson) contributes to Pac's development & ease of integration. Looking forward to him proving doubters wrong & contributing during the upcoming season.

Good job! TRX is not only about strength and cardio. It is also a fantastic tool for mobility and balance. Very interesting mobility moves.

Hi CirceEnchants. We decided to post a video that would aid most gym patrons gain mobility and range of motion. None of these exercises are used for our strength portion or cardio portion of classes. We don't have any plans to post any Strength or Cardio orientated exercises on KZbin at the moment but we have posted more complex exercises in the past on our Instagram page: offthegridfit or Facebook page or you can just try one of our classes out in person (we have beginner, intermediate, and more advance class options). Hope that clarifies
