i think older version of blender let you models mesh way more faster as like in this video, im using blender 2.92 and no way you could create models this fast for example as is show in 0:40 no way you can scale in Y axis that evaporator thing you take way more time to model something simple like that in recent blender version.

Yes, with fbx(AutoDesk) or obj(Wavefront-Maya). U need to find a way to translate the rvm export from PDMS to fbx or obj then import it into Blender. FYI, fbx gives more options during the process.

Thank you for subscribing, PDMS (E3D) is not free, Blender is totally free, DAZ is free (but not all the library) and MarvelousDesigner is not free.

The plant has been designed with the software PDMS known currently under the new name E3D. After the 3D model has been exported into Blender for the animation. To understand what do these softwares, you can visit www.aveva.com and www.blender.org.
