No. If I was using a crosshair, I'd be dead accurate, like 2-3 times better, I bet. This game has very low weapon bob, in other words, very high hip-fire accuracy. Everything just goes to the center of the screen pretty much, so it's easy to hit heads with enough of the right practice.
