Handy hint for getting out the pump is to push the water flush outlet under the seat into it's mounting hole and the solid hose that it feeds the water through comes straight out with the pump on the end.

Wonder if anyone can help. Last time my toilet stopped working it was impeller. This time I’ve freed off impeller and changed pump. Still not working. Any advice?

A BIG THANK YOU I would never have found that fuse! Mine is installed the other way around so fuse is at the back on the left hand side flush now working wallet sighing with relief 👍

Thanks for the video, saved me buying a new pump. Strange thing was though at first I thought it was a blown fuse, bought some 3A fuses, then saw there was no fuse there! Thought someone may have borrowed it, so bought some new 3A fuses, put it in and then nothing, Almost bought new pump, then saw your video, thought I'd moved it round a bit then hey presto it worked. Took the fuse out again and still works, very strange! Thanks again.

Ive a thetford c402c ,similar to this. Im not getting any power light to my control panel. Ive put a new panel in (sealed unit) and changed the fuse . But still no red lights Any thoughts?

Thank you very much for your video! I had the same issue in my caravan after not being used for a while and following your demo I was able to locate the impellor. Sure enough it had seized - I thought it was done for but after turning it in both directions for a good 15 minutes or so, gradually it came free and is now working as it should. Saved me a lot of time and money (in getting a professional to look at it).. Cheers!

Hello, I have overfilled the flush water and for some reason the flush wont work. Do you think its the fuse? I tried taking it out but it's jammed

Great video, pulled the pump out on mine rotated the impeller changed the fuse to a 5 amp, jobs a gooden. Not a lot of room to get the pump out, if you have big hands, get your wife to do it.

Hi, I watched your video and was just wondering, the flusher is still making the wizzing noise but there is no liquid coming out. I opened up the spout because I thought there maybe no liquid in it but it was full to the brim. Is this another problem or should I try what you have done. I didn’t think it was the fuse as I was still getting the noise.

Well you’re not going to believe what I put in the filling tank once,,,engine oil 😂 yep it was night I was tired and grabbed the wrong bottle but it still works,,,I don’t use the pink liquids I actually use the blue stuff and have done for two years,,,,,but we live in it and so we are using it everyday so maybe why our pump isn’t seizing as you experienced I use it because we couldn’t find the pink stuff and I wanted something in there to mainly prevent mould build up etc sooo we still get mould🙁 but it’s more stuff to have to break down the bad stuff and so Istill use it along with the satchels that I throw in the holding tank,,,we are having an intermittent fault where the pump keeps running a little after we take our finger off the button but I suspect it’s part of the button cct

Is the pump in an area of liquid? Mine is different. I can hear the pump is working but the liquid not getting through. There is a 2 inch diameter pipe with some liquid in but then a sort of dry area and the pump sounds gurgly but dry. However the cassette won't let me put in more liquid. :( is there a blockage? Should I get a big pipe cleaner?

Cheers for the vid mate, though mine is still not working despite freeing the pump up, it was a little stiff and the fuse was not blown unfortunately, but if it wasn´t for your tutorial her I´d be still on first base scratching my head, looks like I´ve got an electrical problem somewhere.. I´ll have to get the voltmeter out .

Thanks man. You saved me a huge amount of agro. I found once I cut the wire tie the pump came right out. FWIW mine was only 1 year old and I only ever used pink and no lime scale water.

Awesome video. Couldn't have done it without this. I fed in a thick zip-tie around the hose to use as a handle to get the pump out worked great, as I couldn't get the leverage w my hand around the hose to actually pull the pump up.
