I'm certain there are more granola bar spawns than that - I'm pretty sure I first encountered one in the room you started out this video in

some more info: granola bars are INCREDIBLY rare, and have no guaranteed spawns they do not just increase jump height, but rather fill your stamina and increase ALL stats by a small amount. think pills, adrenaline, and canned food all in one package.
