@@user-hw6hb4rk9t well, the laws are published publicly for anyone to know. i have listed the codes by section and number in various channel descriptions. the experts you believe i should go to knew 2 yrs before we did and concealed it. tax funded agencies and officials have a duty to public safety more so when it's deadly. common courtesy would be to tell us, but that would mean obeying laws. fire rescue has a higher duty to public lives. brevard county fire depart knowingly deliberately betrayed the public safety of every child, elder and property owner within the explosion hazard zone. they know it's illegal and never engaged once for concerns or conducted any safety study or rescue plan. these are required by law. they repeated drove by our homes and refused to even burden the investors to require perimeter gas sensors, but that's moot. @@crossrdneighborhood I know this, I have filled individual tanks from a bulk tank for forklift for years. Some gas will evaporate when venting the tank being filled and when disconnecting from the bulk tank, not this much.

@@crossrdneighborhood you should check out a company called OneH2, they manufacture hydrogen for clean alternative to other fuels. I have 2 brothers and a cousin that work for them. My cousin was doing some repair on a gas line that was supposedly lock out and vacuumed. It wasn't, he survived. Major burns. Still working there. This gas I believe is about as deadly as your situation without proper guidelines. You are very correct about people needing to know how close they may be living a potential bomb.
