I've been trying and trying to get one of those Libre systems for me but Medicare in the United States has been a right pain in the ace regarding that. My Medicare Advantage plan told my doctor that I needed to test my glucose SIX times a day for three months before they would approve the little disc. WHO has time to test their blood glucose that often?! I certainly tried but failed after three days. It really sucks. Because there's also some hate towards people who are Type 2. I get blowback allllll the time. 😢
