loved the video, I just got my own truck and going solo later this week. I am trying to absorb everything I can to be as prepared as I can for the first 2-3 weeks on the road, I know it will come with time though!

I was wondering where the road atlas and Leatherman tools where going to be mentioned, need a can opener/knife/pliers for everything. And these drivers now days seem to not be able to read an atlas. Thank you and have good day.

A 5 gallon bucket toilet and some Kitty litter and toilet paper. Trash bags. And Hand sanitizer. Some bathrooms are dam nasty. And in case of an emergency that those bathrooms are out of service.

Great video. I have saw other videos I believe it was G&P and before g&p I saw other videos from another Carrier it wasn't Crete but their trucks kind of looked similar to Crete. I'm glad to see you enjoy doing the grocery delivery. I have done Flat Bed and Step deck and dry van regular freight and I done dollar general dry van for a while. I hauled dollar general freight from Indianaola Mississippi. Flatbed I hauled every thing that is hauled in that area and dry van I hauled everything in that area including hazard materials. I have always enjoyed your videos. This is the first I have saw of your videos in awhile. I enjoyed the road video I have drove some of the roads around Indiapolis a lot. I could actually read your road signs in viewing your video. That was extra nice. I definitely enjoyed the video.

If you wanna be a truck driver get used to making less than minimum wage, your required to be in your truck otr 24/7 you will average $1100 a week in 2024 and thats only a little above $7 an hour if your in your truck 168 hours a week which is 24/7. So if you believe your time is worthless and you want to give it up for a greedy multi billion dollar company like pam and others.. Good luck.. I drove for 16 years otr btw..

Cooking isn't necessarily about control. It's about saving money. Fuel is the largest expense. Fuel for the truck and fuel for your body. Keeping expenses as low as possible leaves more money in your pocket.

2 story houses you can make a easy 800 1200bucks depending whair you live at..and a sidewalk or driveway you can make a easy 500 bucks but have insurance if your using chemicals because there all. types of different materials house siding uses and chemicals can kill grass and plants

Btw down just kill the engine with the a/c loading it up. You will hurt the capacitors on the inverter. Disconnect all loads before shutting it down.

Just so you know Inverter generators also have "combustion engines" the inverter is quieter because of the clamshell around the engine for forced cooling, sound deadening, and also it can lower its rpm during low loads. Turn the eco switch on and it will quiet down. Those wen generators are some of the quietest.

No conflict of interest in what you described. I have a 2-15 so I can do life, health, and annuities. I was doing Medicare Advantage and could still do life if I wanted even if i contracted with say: Aetna health and Aetna life. Now I couldn't be talking to a Medicare prospect and then transition into a life insurance pitch. Get in trouble for that since it wasn't part of the " Scope of the appointment" So if you were doing an appraisal and if they asked if you do anything else and you're still appointed with a life carrier, " Yes, Im also a life insurance underwriter" You didn't use " insurance sales person" 😂 and that could spark the conversation because they asked you.
