@@shivarnm Fight booking both side , hotel booking, Application form, invitation letter. Processing time 10-14 days. I paid 5400 Inr for visa fees.

Same experience here. I can understand that many people take advantage of visa-free facilities but if a person has strong passport records, shows a confirmed exit ticket from the country and has already been in Kazakhstan for more than one time, then they shouldn't bother the tourist. I was waiting for 3 hours at the border just because they didn't have any proper English-speaking police there. The worst experience of my journey was crossing the Russia, and Kazakhstan border. The Russian side was ok but Kazakh played a lot, although I have been to Kazakhstan already 3 times, 2 times with a sticker visa.
