I installed this trial version yesterday, and I don't have the lettering option😢 please help

Hi there - lettering options are available in all levels of the software excluding Organizer. If you are using a trial, when launching it each time, you can choose the level which you would like to experience for that use, so you should select one of the 3 other levels. Absolutely. You can literally create anything that comes to mind provided you have the creativity and learn to use the tools to achieve it. Just bare in mind that creating for embroidery is different to creating for print. With embroidery, you do not want elements to be too small or fine otherwise it will not appear clearly. Professional digitizers who are asked to embroider a company logo often create a version specifically for embroidery requirements.

Hi, where can I find the file for the tree? I do get emails from Hatch Embroidery (mainly the offers in them) I’m not on Facebook. Do I miss out 😢 I am kinda just getting to know how to use Hatch program (and using a window computer 😅)

You can use one device on multiple machines, but that means you will need to plug it into one machine, then unplug it and plug it into the next machine.

We have graphic designers who create our images, but you can also find them on free image website, or purchase them from paid sites such as iStock. Just ensure that you have permission to use the images from the creators.

I am physically disabled and here in the United States. We just got our Social Security check today. That is awesome to hear. I’m legally blind I’m the only blind embroidery in the whole United States and I utilize want to utilize again has embroidery three I have a brand new computer computer and I want to use the demo. Would it be able to have access to all the library of embroidery library and an urban threads where it only select designs or is there a direct Component that because we’re users were able to use their library. Let me better understand thank you.

With the Hatch demo, you will have access to all the designs included in Hatch and this includes a selection of designs from Embroidery Library and Urban Threads but is not their entire catalogue. There are hundreds of free designs included within the software for you to use. You'll find them in the Design Library. Let us know if you have any more questions!
