Hal, seemingly, isn’t gonna be young in the DCU though. He has to be a figure that demands respect and compliance from Guy Gardner while also mentoring John Stewart. He also might not be around for the long run…

I believe that was a similar situation to the joker in the show ‘Gotham’. He’s in there, but they never call him Joker. Cause the villain you’re thinking of from Batman Beyond was called Blight in the show but very much resembles Doc Phosphorus.

Yeah I agree. I am not a fan of the idea of a season two for this show. Kite Man is just not a character that I’m gonna get invested in. Also I did hear somewhere that Brainiac is gonna be the main villain of season five of Harley Quinn. But I also did hear some bad news about the Harley Quinn show they were basically like “uhhh so we don’t actually know if batgirl is gonna be in this season” and I’m like, what? But yeah we’ll see what happens. Season 5 is coming out in November so yeah we’ll see.

I figured that was set for HQ but I check out when the shows aren’t on so I wasn’t 100% sure. I hope it’s good but I’m not at all optimistic, and that Batgirl news doesn’t help…

Yeah… the Kite Man show is okay, but like… I really think that they should’ve been focusing on season four of Harley Quinn instead of working on a spin-off and letting new showrunners work on it (yes that is actually why season four was the way it was) but yeah I think that if they really wanted to focus on other characters, they should’ve just made a series of shorts or something and not have that be their focus. Honestly, the Kite Man show can be funny, but I do not want it to get a season two. I think one season of the Kite Man show is plenty. And as much as I love the Harley Quinn show, I do hope that season five will be the last season. I would rather it end on a high note than have the story drag on too long. It’s already been losing its creativity. Unfortunately that kinda seems unlikely, but I guess we’ll have to see! I am glad that we got Fables being a bit ruthless again by killing the kid in her fairy tale book. I do really wanna see more than that. Anything to bring back a bit of the old seasons.

I actually love the idea of a series of shorts set in this universe. In concept it feels like it would give the perfect dose of each character, and it’s barely Kite Man’s show so it’s not like it would’ve been a huge change.

@@TheNerdverse66 Fr, plus that way Kite Man wouldn't have to appear every episode. However I am curious what happened to Kite Man after the failed wedding, and how he got here. But yeah anyway, I think that shorts could really fill in the gaps and they would just be really fun. I would also like to see some new characters as well.

It's very amusing how Bane sorta became a father figure to little annoying Goldilocks!🤣 She also sorta saved him from being manipulated and tricked again. Now if Goldilocks sticks around what if Bane's woman Betty becomes her mother figure?😏😂

Yeah this episode was just… I think it had potential but a lot of it just didn’t land for me. Though I did like Bane and Goldie Lox. I do however kinda miss the old Fables, and I will admit that I’d like to see her do at least a little bit of what she used to do in the first season. Though I am glad we saw Frank. But yeah, like you said, this should definitely be Golden Glider’s show or at least another character that is more interesting than Kite Man (which is basically everyone else except for some people)

Yeah I didn’t like Beast Mode either, I don’t really know what the whole point of Beast Mode was, and they didn’t really do anything with him, they just had Beast Mode and then got rid of him very soon and it’s like, why have Beast Mode in the first place if you’re not gonna do anything except annoy the hell out of the audience. Maybe it was just so that Golden Glider could control her powers. Although Bane was hilarious. I do wish that we could’ve had Harley on screen for a little bit or something just to make some comment about the “sexiest villain” thing or about like “ugh it’s all men” or something like that, idk. But it was kinda a better episode

Omg Beast Mode is just… ughhhh whyyyyyyy????? However I thought that the whole flashback with Kite Man and his Kite was hilarious. I am also SO GLAD they finally addressed what happened to Betty and finally had Bane and Betty get together. However I didn’t really care about Glider and her mom that much. I also think that her mom was kinda just… eh it seems like it was just filler, and I honestly wish they could’ve idk done something else. I also have a little theory that Kite Man is gonna break into Harley and Ivy’s vacation home as Beast Mode. At least we saw Frank in the trailer and omg we need Frank more than ever now, other than Bane I think Frank might be one of the funniest characters in the show.

Dave’s doing more with Heir to the Empire & that Thrawn trilogy, in the Dave way (inspired but always changed). Jon’s making a season of Mando, which was always gonna set up Dave’s movie, as a 2 hour movie for theaters instead of an 8 hour movie for Disney +.
