I got back from work super excited to be able to stay up late but this video reminded me how nice it is to keep a consistent sleep schedule. Even though you woke up at 6 the last time, what matters is consistency. I feel like the internet has us believe that every night will be good with a good night's sleep

Very well said!! Often I catch myself at feeling bad because of the “ideal” image presented on the Internet, hence, I did not want to be a part of that scheme. I believe evaluation based on mistakes (or things not dependent on us) and achievements is more valuable and motivating🤍
