You just have to start with affirming the opposite to yourself, that you are worthy d d deserving of love, God is love and He created us in His image, therefore, we are automatically worthy of love, nothing can take away our worthiness of love

@makilahtiara9130 it's not that I'm a misogynist but the anger and red pill rage comes out when I'm disappointed and frustrated with women to the point where I wonder is there any good women out here because what I seen was women playing the good guys and going towards the toxic and it made me somewhat angry and hateful towards women, and I'm trying to change that but it's tough
