I know this might sound funny, but this song got me through six months in county. 10 pm was my radio time, and I blasted it throughout the cell block. God bless these guys.

Thanks for making this song, it’s so realistic. It was on repeat for a dark time in my life…..a few years later: I sit on my porch and listen to it with my sweetheart of a dog right next to me, funny how great music always hits during different moments of our lives. I listen to it fondly now

This whimsical sound is deeply satisfying and the tone and message of the song are so contrasting it’s quite a piece. Great work Have a happy life everyone if you’re here reading this one way or another things are going right for you.

Goddamnit. Rita and I were in love for 15 years. Since she was 18 and I was 21. I would often laugh when I would lean forward to kiss her, because even the simple act of giving her a kiss so enamored her that she would smile uncontrollably and leave me kissing her teeth instead of her lips. Kissing teeth was a sort of inside joke between the two of us because she would feel so silly for presenting me with her teeth instead of her lips nearly every time..... Rita died on June 22, 2020 of Fentanyl toxicity after battling with her addiction for many years. This whole song is an amazing display of emotion and heartache, but that last line just shatters my stoic demeanor and turns this otherwise tough sonuvabitch into a crying, lonely wretch of a man. Still, I listen to it often, but only when I am by myself. God damn it, I miss her so fucking much.
