Impressive lead playing for the amount of time. Ive gravitated more towards the rhythm playing myself. Im about the same as your 14 months, just rhythm has been what Ive focused on, way behind your lead ability.

This is pretty good, I'm a little biased tho cuz the first couple mo the remind me exactly of me and the rest is just a little different from mine

Great job. People who have never picked up the guitar are the ones calling you a fake and a liar. Anyone who plays can tell . We have all been there. Again a great job. Keep it up. You are going g to be good.

Well I can play enter sandman and without solo and I've got the intro for afterlife and hail to the king nearly dialed still learning solo for bat country how would you say that is for under 1 year it doesn't feel too bad to me however I do have about 4 years of musical experience through high school band and piano. Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve always had a guitar and I thought I could “play” but I sounded like my first day playing every time lol… so the beginning of April 2022 I bought a Mitchell MS450 and a Vox VT20X. I didn’t start playing till about the middle of April so I’m about 2.5-3 months in! It’s crazy to think the difference in my playing from when I started to where I am now! I can definitely appreciate your journey and my goal is to be able to play with a band by the 1 year mark! It’s been a tough journey but now I’m about to creep your channel and see where you are now!

I can't believe I was 17 when I started playing, took lessons for a month and played every day until I got to a point where I could play chords pretty well and was actually pretty decent sounding, then one day I got busy with college, and fast forward to now, I'm 26 and realized how much time has passed. I'm happy with what I accomplished throughout the years, but guitar wasn't one of them and I wonder where I could be at if I spent 30 mins at night practicing for the last 9 years. Time flies jeez. Making it a goal to make up for that time now with good practice.

I’m hardly over a week and a half in of practicing and it’s so infuriating and frustrating because my fingers get so sore and I just wanna keep going at it. Thank you for making this video really keeps me from feeling down, and it’s super inspiring to see your progression.

No matter what just keep picking it up and keep playing. I bought my first guitar when I was 18. Tried to teach myself. Got frustrated learning to strum, gave up for a year or 2. Came back and realized tabs are trash and wanted to learn sheet music. Gave up again. Around age 26 I picked it up again regretting all that lost time and hired a teacher.

after watching adults one year progress and teens one year progress even playing more hours than the teenagers it seems like teenagers progress way faster than adults but don’t give up it’s more accomplishing to say you learned it as an adult cause most adults wouldn’t even try

Wow wow wow ! This was so inspiring on so many levels! The ending got me! When he said it's changed him in so many ways and given him so much. I felt that! I've been learning Spanish and I went from frustration were my head felt it would expload to one day waking up and just speaking Spanish - which felt like magic - it's given me so much more than just learning Spanish, the next level is to conquer the guitar! !

I rolled mine almost a year ago. Could walk afterwards but thought it would heal after a week or two. Turned out I'd ruptured three ligaments. Pain gone now but the ankle is not as strong. I don't even step on a board now without braces on both ankles. Not doing that again.

Just found this video. Not sure if you're trying to do the whole youtube thing (you should!) but upload more guitar related content. I see you're into skateboarding as well but this right here is your bread and butter plus you have a chill personally which helps a lot. Picking up my guitar this week. Much love bro!
