can anyone one tell me if the signaling equipment from Blackpool was preserved please.

Timothy Smith hi Tim, some of the signalling equipment has been saved by network rail and will be sent to rail museum's they said.

Poulton runner I can confirm poulton signal box will be taken down. I'll try and find out when.

Gareth Hodgkinson do you know if the signal's were saved ? Or do u know of any 1 that may know more about them. How we could get our hands on the signal its self ?

Poulton runner on the night it was Network rail there were going to keep the signal. Try contacting them first.

Big shame for semaphore signals coming down.. This is history in the making for April 2018. It wont be the same with out them.

Poulton runner it was a big thing on the night, Network rail were there filming and taking pictures. Some of the signal was saved by them to out on show somewhere.

Poulton runner it was taken at 02:13 On 25th June 2017 at Blackpool North Station.

I can confirm this morning that South Africa are 2017 World champions 😁 well done to Fireworks for Africa, you had an amazing display.
