Dude, as a Brazilian myself (and one with a huge love for "churrasco"), that was amazing. Not only the cooking, but the shots were really well made as well. You clearly know your way around sound story telling as well. Have my like!

Excellent video. Would it be better with a sear on it tho? Like take it off the rotisserie and slap it into a screaming hot cast iron with some butter?
