I already mastered my cartwheel, but sometimes if it’s on a hard floor or a floor that I’ve never done it on before I get scared because I don’t know how to place my hands and this helped me a lot with that. Thanks

I’m trying to relearn my gymnastics- here is where I am at- Splits- no Forward roll- no Backward roll- yes Cartwheel- almost Headstand- almost Handstand- yes Bridge- kinda Pullover - don’t have a bar Candlestick-yes Split leap- no I am self taught, so I will be trying to learn all of these at home! I’ll keep everyone updated in 4 weeks
