This song came to my mind for no reason today. It took me some meditating before I could remember the name and lyrics to look up the song. There was a Canadian band in the 90s out of Toronto named Moxy Fruvous. They did a beautiful acapella duet of this song with wonderful harmonies. I listened to several versions of this song, and this was the closest to their version but without the harmony. They must have heard her version. I should see if she is Canadian

i saw then a couple of times but after harvey mann & glenn had left, eddie hansen was amazing. i was blown away too, apparently they recorded an album's worth with santana producer but has never seen the light of day. Also i saw band appaloosa with harvey mann & glenn absolum, they were great too

How in the world I had I never heard of her until now? This was the time of my folk song period and only now does she come up. Better late than never. Her voice brings back a flood of memories from that era.

This composition resembles the most that of Peter, Paul and Memory, I wonder if there's a reason behind?

I like to find out more about groups like this. What the people did before this, where they came from and where they went. I find it of more interest than the famous groups.

Nice, but like many ‘folk’ artists, she just had too much vibrato. But, there are worse offenses. Thanks for posting this.
