Good video on how to do but Lindy Hoppers have been doing this forever. It’s not a just a country dance move.

very useful video, but I love how the little screen showing a close-up on the feet is actually smaller than just looking at the feet in the video. haha

I recently learned something very similar to this. It's the same as this except when you reach the "cuddle/sweetheart" position you dip her to your left and then your right and then swing her out. Do you know of this variation and/or its name?

Is there a name for that dip at the end?
@CowboyCountrySwingClub5 жыл бұрын
Some people call it the fire pole or stripper pole dip, but we don't have a set name for it
@countryswingaz43435 жыл бұрын
@@CowboyCountrySwingClubAh, okay. I think I like firepole for that one

I strongly dislike the lazy pretzel, the hand change is too awkward and easy to miss. The last half of it that you showed, from when you put your left arm up, is actually the easiest way to lead a pretzel because your follow won't miss that hand change if you start from open.
@CowboyCountrySwingClub5 жыл бұрын
You are correct, it is easy to miss.

That's the line dance to Copperhead Road, which has 4 variations and 1 tag that I know of. I love launching into variations and watching everyone lose their minds. Lol! And then after a while people learn the variations and you start to notice how many people are following you.
