It was 1990 something, my father had been diagnosed with cancer that would soon end his life. He wanted to see his brothers and sister one last time. We (I) drove from Michigan to Texas, my father I found out was not capable of driving. I remember it was late and not a soul around when we drove into Texas. I had no idea where we were going to sleep or where I was. I was 19 years old and my parents were sleeping and this song came on the car radio. To this day every time I hear this song it takes me back in time to our last trip together as a family before my dad died.
