It can be achieved in singleplayer. I'm not sure if it's even possible on multiplayer, though.

i have some weird detail/easter egg when you afk more than 11 minute something weird happened. UFO and meteors Will apear without you summoning them

That's not really an easter egg, it's a feature the devs called "random events"

If you switch planets, you'll have to surround Earth with the laser satellites to get the orbital ring again. Hopefully this changes in a newer update.

Not necessarily. You can unlock the Machineworld ringworld by getting a high enough level.
