Thank you very much, I forgot about this button and spent the whole day racking my brain while checking for functionality before installing the lock back, why it opens but does not close the lock. 😂And I couldn’t find a video with this tip anywhere on KZbin.

Yes, I had the car for a few years after that and didn't have that issue again. But eventually the supercharger failed and spit a bunch of metal into the engine so that was the end of that.

For those who have the same problem, it is not always head gasket or transmission oil cooler like what most mechanic would say as the either or problem for this. I had the same issue on my W203. Most of the time, it, it is the engine oil cooler that caused it. Either the oil cooler gasket needs to be replaced or the whole thing needs to be replaced. How to confirm this? If you see oil in the reservoir tank like this. Brown caramel color. Check your engine oil and ATF oil. If both are clean, then it is the oil cooler.

One question is rough idle when engine is cold releated to this if that vacuum actuated valve is not working and it is always closed?

No. This system only affects emissions, not performance.

Appreciate it. Just changed a lower radiator hose that split. I added 2 containers of coolant. Now it's all but gone. No visible leaks. Any idea where it's going?

Hi so what the symptoms are for these p0410 and p2036 codes? I've just got obd2 Bluetooth thing and checked and I've got these codes but before I've checked I've never know that there is any problem with the engine. Is it worth trying fixing this if everything seems alright? Thanks guys

My question is after you cleaned the second valve by the firewall how did you suck the dirt out with the vacuum?? I checked that the first valve was blowing air strong so I think my issue is with the second valve but I’m not sure how to clean it and don’t want to mess up my cat converter. Thanks

hey am Peter and I like this video, it's nice and it helps me understand how the secondary air is forced into the egr systerm( emission). but am a little bit confused how the actuator is connected below the intake manifold . I mean the egr electric valve actuator . I can see 1 line going into the valve suction point. but for the line below and the other at the top. am kind of confused about it . thanks

I have nothing but respect for musicians willing to give unknown's a leg up. Neil Young is famous for it, and so were the Tragically Hip taking people on tour across North America to get their music heard. There are some real gems out there waiting to be told they are good, sometimes that's all it takes. But if you get to show 100K or so all at once, even better. Hats off to all musicians with that attitude.
