i myself wake up early alot like at 5 am half 5 am or 4 and sometimes lose sleep at 3 or half 3 . im tired during day too but when i get too exsisted for next day its hard for me to sleep on.

@@sildaru, ei, Sa vaatasid neid trikke, aga seal saab teha ka rahulikke kükke koha peal ennast otse alla surudes. Selleks ei pea erinevate masinate peale minema, et teisi lihasgruppe treenida, lihtsalt vaheta kehaasendit ja kohe saavad teised lihased koormust. Vaata videot, mille nimi on „Invagrossing”.

pretty good video. i myself train at home with small weights. i also try to do thay boxing with other styles at well.

@@sildaru i do that and thanks for the response. i also like to watch kickboxing chanmpions like albert kraus and andy souwer for inspiration as well. i make sure im careful and get enough rest and that i stay safe.
