Thank you so much for this podcast. I recently started listening to your show on Apple Podcasts. I am getting a lot from it - thank you. I got brainwashed by the fitness culture and for years only ate steamed turkey and vegetables along with protein shakes. In more recent years I discovered fitness people who promote full fat diary and high fat meats/fish and I am so glad I can now eat clotted cream, salmon and pork sausages without feeling guilty :)

Thanks for your comment. I'm pleased to hear that you are broadening out your range of foods and no longer restricted to protein and vegetables! Wishing you happy ongoing peace with food.

If I'm at a higher weight does it still count as an ED? When should I get help if I've lost a significant amount but I'm still bigger?

Hi. If you are experiencing symptoms of undereating and it is impacting your physical and mental wellbeing, then you should seek support. Some professionals still do not recognise ed symptoms so ask if possible, to see someone who has a good understanding of eating disorders. 85% of people with eating disorders are not underweight.
